Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or official holidays.

If you place an order during holiday seasons or flash sales, processing time may be delayed 1–2 extra business days due to high order volume.

2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time

We deliver worldwide, except restricted regions listed below:
  • United States / Canada: Standard shipping 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom / European Union: Standard shipping 8–18 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: Standard shipping 10–20 business days
  • Other Asian & Global countries: Standard shipping 12–25 business days

    Note: International shipments may face customs clearance delays which are out of our control.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Standard flat shipping fee: Calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight
  • Free shipping threshold: Orders over $89 USD enjoy free standard shipping worldwide
  • Express shipping upgrade: Optional expedited delivery for an extra fee, delivery within 5–10 business days

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Buyers are fully responsible for all local import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and related charges imposed by your country’s customs authority upon arrival. We will not cover any customs taxes for international orders.

5. Undeliverable / Returned Packages

If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer must cover reshipping costs for a second delivery. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

6. Shipping Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your parcel via the tracking link provided. Contact us if your tracking shows no update after 7 business days.

7. Restricted Shipping Areas

We do not ship to sanctioned countries, conflict zones and remote isolated islands. If your location falls into restricted areas, we will cancel and fully refund your order.
